On summer rentals, Memorial Day through Labor Day, you also have access to our Mews community pool (a 1-minute walk from the property) and Mashpee Town private beaches which include a special side of South Cape Beach and two freshwater beaches, Johns Pond - a 343 acre Great Pond, and Attaquin Park Beach.
The property offers a stunning view and spacious accommodations including a sizeable front yard and professionally landscaped backyard with patio next to New Seabury's Dunes course 12th hole. It's perfect for couples or families vacationing at the New Seabury Resort.
