****No Party Policy.... I encourage everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves. I recently remodeled this property, with this in mind I do have a few simple house rules. Maximum occupancy is 8 people, NO excessive noise especially after10pm, NO rough behavior that damages my property in anyway. The hotel has strict policies and failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in an immediate eviction and/or a loss of damage deposit.
