Upon entry, guests enter a well-appointed open floor plan with a bountiful living room with a large sectional sofa and a 65-inch flat screen TV perfect for movie nights. The home also offers full home audio. Off the living room is the true gem of the home, the expansive private furnished balcony that provides some of the best panoramic Gulf views and stunning sunsets. The balcony features outdoor dining for six and adjacent bar seating for two more. The gourmet kitchen features a six-burner Viking stove with a pot filler, a coffee pot, a Keurig, bar seating for three more, and an adjacent wet bar. There is plenty of built-in kitchen storage for lengthier stays or cooking in. The designated wet bar has wine storage, a beverage center, and a prep sink. Across from the kitchen and wet bar is a dining area that seats six comfortably, where you can see your Gulf views as you dine!
