Quartz counters throughout, beautiful Shaker cabinetry with soft-close everything, and luxury vinyl plank flooring in all the common areas. This home is a gem to be enjoyed! Split bedroom/bath plan for privacy and guests! Master bedroom has King-size Sleep Number bed for perfect-for-you firmness, and bedroom 2 has a King bed. *BR 3/den is used as Owner storage and is not usable by tenants.* Master and 2nd BR both have great walk-in closets.
The home has modern appliances and furniture throughout, including a pull-out Queen sofa bed in the Florida room. Monthly cost includes bi-weekly cleaning services (dust/sweep/vacuum/mop everywhere, clean kitchen and baths).

Heritage Pines is a Gated secure community. It offers a golf course, a heated pool and spa, gym, tennis and pickle ball courts and Performing Arts Center hosts music and other entertainment regularly. Tenants must pay amenity transfer fee at office for use during stay. Renters must visit clubhouse to get ID’s made and purchase a barcode sticker for car/s - these costs are on top of paying amenity transfer fee.
Small dogs and cats are welcome (dog-owners are required to clean up after their pets throughout Heritage Pines, even just on owner property). Post-rental cleaning fee of $250 is required for all rentals.
Less than an hour to beautiful Clearwater Beach, though Hudson and Spring Hill have their own great beaches and plenty to explore. Tampa is 45 minutes away, and Disney and other Orlando parks are less than 2 hours.
Monthly rent includes bi-weekly general house cleaning, monthly lawn care and pest control, all utilities (water, water softener service, electric, trash/recycle pick-up), basic cable, high-speed internet, and required monthly HOA fees.
