Her space has no access to the main home or guest amenities, and she crosses the front lawn to reach her entrance. A few additional private residences sit well away from the main home on the outer grounds, and their occupants may occasionally be seen coming and going. Landscapers maintain the grounds each Friday for approximately one hour. Inside, you enjoy exclusive use of all three bedrooms, three baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast area, and sunroom/office — with your own private entrance and terraces.
