The South West Coast Path runs past the property, with miles of clifftop trails where Cornish choughs, grey seals, and wildflowers line the route. Kennack Sands lies 5 miles along the coast path. Kynance Cove, one of Cornwall's most visually striking beaches, is also on the peninsula, as is Lizard Point, Britain's most southerly point. Back in Coverack, a windsurfing centre and Porthbeer Cove add variety.
