Step inside and the ground-level kitchen celebrates all of the latest fixtures and finishes, with custom built-in shelving and floor-to-ceiling windows. This kitchen is complete with a microwave convection oven, a two-burner induction Wolf stove top, a fridge/freezer with ice maker, and a washer/dryer combo, and offers many of the conveniences needed to prepare meals at home. Just off the kitchen, the living area features a queen sleeper sofa with a well-designed custom built-in dining nook and a flat-screen TV with a Sonos system. A spiral staircase winds up to the upper level of the home, offering a queen-sized bedroom suite with custom built-in closets and drawers on either side of the bed with plenty of extra storage.
