Lux on Lakeview is nestled in the heart of East Hill Pensacola. It is comfortable, light, bright, and airy - making it the perfect place to vacation or stay for a work trip with all the luxurious amenities to make it feel like home, but better.
Perfect for those visiting family, in town for work, or just getting away for the weekend. A spacious 1300sf has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 queen bedrooms, a breezy sunroom with a twin bed with pull-out trundle, a full bath with soaker tub, and a washer/dryer.
While we love kids, this home is NOT child friendly. Well-behaved, respectful teenagers with their families are welcome.

The kitchen is fully stocked to cook up meals on those low-key stay-at-home nights. We provide high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, and laundry soap... plus coffee grounds & two Nespresso pods to start your first morning.
We strive to make our guests feel comfortable and at home, so anything you need during your stay please do not hesitate to ask us!
Parking is in the driveway that fits up to 2 full-size cars or you can on-street park.
The home is very private and we probably won't even see each other, unless there's something you need.
Lux on Lakeview is in a family-oriented and quiet neighborhood located a couple of blocks from Bayview Park and Bayou Texar. Enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, and biking all within walking distance (you can rent equipment right in the park!).
We are a short bike ride to the shops, bars, and restaurants on 12th Ave and about an 8 min Uber ride to downtown Palafox St. If you want to hit the beach, plan on a quick 15-minute drive. There are e-bikes around the parks for you to rent should you need one!
