This Gorgeous 6 Bedroom Villa, in a Gated Community offers an extended pool deck area with nature views, Saltwater Pool & Spa Combination. Great for families of all ages.

This large, 5 star, 3032 sq.ft. exclusive villa, is located in a peaceful, gated community, just minutes away from Orlando's famed attractions.

The house will comfortably sleep up to 12 people, making it perfect for large families, or two families to share, for groups, or for golfers looking for a retreat.

This gorgeous two story home has 6 spacious bedrooms (two masters) and 5.5 baths. All bedrooms have high quality furnishings and luxurious mattresses, new flat screen TVs, and plenty of closet space.

This beautiful home has a formal dining area for 10 people. There is a true gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with top of the range appliances.

The living room has a SMART-TV with plenty of channels and Netflix, you can watch whilst you enjoy preparing nice meals “at home”. The living area has comfortable seating with 2 large sofas, and the area is lovely and bright, with a door leading out onto the pool deck.

The extended pool area has a fully screened enclosure, and overlooks the beautiful nature of the surrounding area, whilst offering privacy. There is a covered lanai area if you wish to seek the shade, and the patio area is equipped with 6 sun loungers, as well as seating for outdoor dining.

The large pool and spa are saltwater. This is better for both skin and eyes whilst you enjoy swimming. The pool and spa can be heated if required for an additional cost in the winter months.

From the pool you have direct access to a bathroom, with shower.
