This is The Penn House located in the Northeast corner of St. Petersburg.
The spacious backyard is the main feature here, it's our favorite part of the house. Take in the view and enjoy some outdoor living in our screened in patio with plenty of comfy seating, outdoor fan, and a 43" Roku TV. The propane fireplace table has its own tank and instructions included. We eat outside most nights during those gorgeous Florida spring nights. It's so peaceful.
If you're into outdoor cooking, we have a propane grill, also has its own tank included and always filled, and a pellet smoker, pellets included. Use herbs from the garden, with basil, rosemary, and sage, in 1 of 2 raised garden beds. Relax and unwind on our cushioned hammock. Play a game of connect four. Lay out on the beach chairs. Just bring your bug spray for mosquitos, it's Florida.
Inside this cozy home you'll find a queen size room with a reach in closet and a separate full bathroom with a tub. On the other side of the house, you'll find a king-sized bedroom with your own bathroom and walk-in closet. Both rooms have a dresser and two nightstands. Travel size toiletries in the bathrooms in case you forgot anything. Our living room has large couches, two entry chairs, books and games in the TV stand, and a 65" Roku TV with all the streaming apps, feel free to log into your own account, live TV is available through RoKu TV. The house offers Wi-Fi, fresh bed linens, soft towels, iron & board, and a washer & dryer including free and clear detergent.
If you plan on cooking inside, we have a full kitchen with everything you need to make a meal, including a full spice cabinet, gas stove with pots, pans and baking sheets and small appliances. Grab your reusable bottle and hydrate with the filtered ice and water dispenser from our side-by-side fridge. We have a dining table for 4 and everything you need to set a table with a dishwasher to clean in all, detergent also included.
Driveway parking is included. Garage parking is available for an extra fee, see link to our store. There is a ring doorbell camera and an auto-locking front door with a custom code for each stay. Please be sure to pull the door all the way closed so that the lock closes properly.
Denver Park is walking distance from the house. It has a volleyball (sand court), basketball, pickleball, kids' playground, baseball field, grills and tables.
