A third bedroom with a large bunk bed for even more capability of guests and additional family members. Large closet areas and full size washer and dryer with clothes washing essentials included. Large backyard that blooms to life in the spring with a large clover lawn area. Patio with table and chairs is the perfect area to sit in the mornings and enjoy beautiful Colorado weather.
Located on the north side of Colorado Springs in the highly desired Briargate and D20 school district. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood that has 3 separate large parks and trails that stretch for miles within 1 block of the front door.
Wi-Fi, Smart TV to access your media content, Keurig coffee maker with coffee bar… full size and fully stocked kitchen with all cooking supplies, dishes, toaster, instapot, Tupperware.
House trained dogs OK by request and approval. Dog door and ramp located in the home. Non-refundable fee of $75 per pet must be paid in advance. For longer stay customers (greater than 1 week) additional weekly $40-50 fee applies which will include weekly yard pet waste disposal service.
