As soon as you park your car on the street right in front of the property, you start feeling the peace needed in every retreat. The neighborhood is quiet, so the place is even quieter. The house doesn't have any wall connected to other residences and it is entirely for yourself and your guests. It is closed to the Port of Palm Beach, City Walk, and the beach.
The space
As soon as you open the door you see the welcoming living room with an open concept to the kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms and bathroom are just a hallway away.
Living Room & Desk: There are two laid back sofas that gets you comfortable to watch your favorite shows in the 50" Smart TV. These leather recliners allow you to accommodate drinks or keep the remotes in the middle. There is an electric fireplace and a floor lamp that can make you feel even more cozy. In addition, there is a desk that can accommodate a laptop or paperwork.
Kitchen & Dinning: The kitchen makes you feel like you are at home. You have everything you need to prep and cook all your meals. There is a coffee maker and a toaster. Also, there are pots, cutting boards, knives, forks, spoons, glasses, plates, etc... There's a dining table were you can sit and dine with your guests.
