Beach Location: There are many nearby Beach access points available. Most will provide a wooden Boardwalk out to the Beach. Public Beach bathrooms and access also available nearby at SGI Lighthouse Park.
Bayside Access: Located at 6th Street East, SGI Fishing Pier, Regatta Park (9th St. West), and the SGI State Park on the East end.

Guest Room #2 Top Floor: Dual Queen Beds, T.V Night stand and Lamp, and Views of the Apalachicola Bay and SGI Lighthouse!
Full Bath #1: Located just off the Kitchen with a Tub/shower Combo, Vanity, and Toilet.
Full Bath #2: Located just outside the King Master on level 2 with Tub/shower Combo, Vanity, and Toilet.
Full Bath #3: Located just outside the Single Queen room on level 2 with Tub/shower Combo, Vanity, and Toilet.
Additional Outdoor shower is located on the Bottom level at the rear of the home.
Parking: Parking in Driveway is suitable for up to 3 cars Max. No parking is permitted in road way, and extra cars will have to park down at the SGI Lighthouse (not far away).
