( Update ) A Very sweet Cozy house with Pool close to beaches that guests Love!... The backyard is like a Tropical Paradise and we are near beaches, (about 17 miles to Jensen Beaches). Mets stadium / First Data Field is 2 to 3 miles from the house. Home is in a well sought out beautiful and quiet Neighborhood (Torino, in Port St. Lucie, FL)
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home surrounded by a tropical lush garden. Made for outdoor living you can cook & dine outside, lounge by the glass fire-pit, swing in the back yard & work on your tan by the pool. The above ground pool is available in season.
Master bedroom has a comfortable King bed. Second bedroom has comfortable Queen bed. Third bedroom has a small desk & a Murphy bed that is Full size and is set up all the time. A raised Airbed is available to set up in the Living Room to accommodate 2 more, if need to sleep 8 people.
Living room has a sectional couch, TV & interner (this is the common area where the queen Airbed can be set up, if needed).
Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, pots & pans, a Keurig with free coffee & a washer /dryer is free to use. We even provide detergent to start your stay!
Enjoy the backyard and back porch made for outdoor living, you can cook & dine outside, lounge by the glass fire-pit, sw in the back yard & work on your tan by the pool. The non-heated, above ground pool is available in season.
Please note that our son lives in the house when guests are NOT there, to maintain it, the yard and the pool and for security. While guests are there he DOES NOT stay in the trailer on the side. (he did until we had a guest complain so he has made other arrangements for when guests are there.) He tries to have the yard mowed and the pool cleaned when there are not guest there, however there are occasions when a guest leaves in the morning and another guest comes in the same day that he is not able to get it done before the new guests arrive. He is very flexible and if you get there and he is cleaning the pool or mowing the yard, he will stop and ask you when the best time for you for him to come and finish (and he will work his regular work schedule around you.). He also handles any things that may come up.
We have a bug service that is scheduled bi-monthly, they will notify us, and we will notify you when they are planning to come and we can reschedule them for short term rentals if possible.
