Summary: Needs a slight upgrade and a good clean there were cobwebs in our room the chairs at breakfast had cobwebs on the leg spindles public toilets to bar area not the best the food at breakfast and evening meal were very pleasant the gardens were well kept and a pleasure to sit in .
