This 3-bedroom + Lofted Suite, 3.5-bathroom home is a perfect for groups or families of up to eight people. Set next to the Blue River (just 20 feet from the back deck) it’s the perfect place to enjoy the fresh mountain air in the Colorado Rockies. The Blue River community is a popular place for people looking to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Breckenridge but still be “close to the action.” You’ll also love the private hot tub and nearby hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails!
Inside, the living area features windows that flood the interior of the home with natural light, and there’s a large flat-screen TV, too. The kitchen has large counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to whip up mountain snacks and dinners. The dining seats six, and there’s room for four more at the counter.
Off the kitchen, the deck offers your own hot tub to relax to the sounds of the Blue River. Depending on the time of year, don’t be surprised to see fox, deer, elk and even the occasional moose venturing down to the water for a drink. (Please remember to maintain a safe distance and never try to interact with wildlife).
There’s also a full laundry area (with a full-size washer/dryer) and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home.
