Cleaning fee is a one time charge only. for long term stay guest over 28days. Long-term guest are responsible for keeping unit clean and tidy and washing their own linens during their stay. There is no housekeeping service during length of stay.

We require that long-term guest staying over 28 days sign a rental Lease agreement also a pet agreement.
