Our charming, well decorated pool home makes you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. Located a short distance from downtown St Petersburg (10 min Drive, 3 miles) it is in the quiet, desirable Shore Acres neighborhood which is a great area for families and within striking distance to many restaurants and other local amenities and activities the local area has to offer. We are also just minutes away from Crescent Lake Park and Venoy Park which have pickleball and tennis courts, a large scenic walking path, a playground and dog park.
The home was recently updated and features an open floor plan with a living area, dining area and large kitchen. There are three bedrooms- master bedroom with queen size bed and on-suite half bath, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, and the third bedroom with two single beds. There’s also a separate family bathroom with bath and shower. The home is equipped with all the necessities: towels, plates, kitchen utensils, hand soap, toilet paper, etc.
There is a nice screened in lanai attached to the house when you want to escape the sun provides a space to relax, watch tv and kick your feet up while overlooking your own private pool. Outside, you will find a fully fenced in yard that gets plenty of sun throughout the day. The large unheated pool was just redone, with an outdoor area equipped with sun loungers to soak up the Florida sun, a grill, and a shaded patio dining space for the whole family to enjoy.
Newly restored terrazzo flooring throughout the property keeps an ambient temperature, and all rooms have individual newly installed split air-conditioning so you can control each space just the way you like it!
Whilst we are pet friendly, you must inform us at the time of booking of any accompanying pets - we charge a small pet fee, and ask that pets are cleaned up after, as we have a weekly lawn and pool service. If the pets aren't cleaned up after there will be an extra cleaning charge. Also please inform us if you will need to charge an electric vehicle.
Our house comes with a fast speed WiFi throughout, making it easy to work remotely, or for a family with lots of devices! When entering our house, information on our favorite spots (we're huge foodies) such as where to eat and what to do will be provided. There's plenty to keep you entertained while you stay with us in St Pete!
Inside our newly refurbished family home, you'll have all the comforts you are used to, both TV's have firesticks and come pre-installed with Hulu and Netflix.
We have everything you need in the kitchen, including that essential coffee machine, plates, and cooking utensils. The home also has a room with a washer and dryer.
Warm sunshine and calm winds make the perfect conditions to explore the variety of excursions in the St. Pete/Clearwater area. Close to the property are some fantastic biking trails, parks, kayaking adventures, fishing spots and waterways. We are local and are happy to offer up some recommendations for you if you'd like or help with suggestions on where to go and arrange what you need for a day out.
