Welcome to the Crab Shack - or as we like to call it, "The Best Vacation Rental....EVER." Seven bedrooms, three levels of coastal living space, expansive decks, and a private swimming pool with a cabana, outside bathroom, all just a stone's throw from Sandbridge.
From family reunions to friends hoping to spend some quality time together, this home offers multiple gathering areas so everyone can spread out and enjoy. The owners have recently made some tasteful upgrades, including new flooring, and fresh paint.
The main level is an expansive great room with stunning views of the Atlantic, a loft, dining area and a full kitchen. Sliding doors lead to the east-facing deck, where you can take in the morning sunrise and bask in the late afternoon breeze. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for preparing memorable family meals, including two ovens and two dishwashers. The upper loft area is a great place to get away while still being a part of the crowd - you can find a quiet space to read a good book or play a game at the table provided.
After a long beach day, head to the detached garage game room to play a round of pool at the Pool Table or Ping-Pong. Wrap-around decks offer places to soak up the sun or cool off in the shade. The fenced-in pool is huge (38 feet x 19 feet), while the poolside cabana is well-equipped to handle day-long entertainment, with a full refrigerator, a TV, and a microwave. Additional outdoor features include a convenient fifth bathroom (with a shower), a basketball hoop, a new foosball table in the garage, and a gas grill. Beach carts are available at the property for your convenience.
At night, you'll find four bedrooms on the main floor, two bedrooms upstairs, and one bedroom on the lower level. All of the bedrooms have TVs. Four of the bedrooms offer cable on the TVs as well, but you will need to provide your accounts and devices for streaming.
