Summary: Great location, good price, extremely friendly hotel staff. The only reason i gave it four rather than five stars was the out of order elevator at the front. I was given a room on the fourth floor at the front near that elevator (as far away from the working elevator as possible). So I took the stairs rather than walk all the way to the back corner to/from the elevator that worked.
