This home away doesn’t feel like a condominium as there is plenty of space to move around and to spread out. Also, the high ceilings and abundant natural light makes this unit feel larger than it actually is.
Best location. Naples Square is the hottest development in downtown. You won’t have to worry about commuting by car to enjoy everything that upscale old Naples/downtown has to offer. Our recently built Naples Square condominium complex (2017) is 3 blocks away from beautiful 5th Avenue, where you’ll find high-end shops, great restaurants, unique art galleries and a theater with great plays all year round. Also within walking distance from my unit is Bayfront. Located one block away (on the bay), Bayfront is a fun place to visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It has several restaurants, shops, beauty salon, etc. You can even rent a boat for the day or go out on a Sunset Cruise. Another great place to visit is the Third Street South Shopping District. It is located within walking distance, a little less than a mile away from my unit.
My condo is located just under a mile (10 blocks) to the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. I provide you with a new Tommy Bahamas beach umbrella, 4 new Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and several beach towels.

Don't worry about having to commute to the best attractions in the area, as you will be within walking
distance from unlimited shopping, dining, and bayfront fun. Fifth Avenue, Third Street South Shopping District, Waterside Shops, and Mercato Shops are also close by.

When you want to grab a bite to eat, simply walk 3 blocks and you will be in 5th Ave, with a large number of high-end restaurants, some of them will test your pocket size. Places like tremendous Chops Steak House, Ocean Prime (a favorite), Del Mar (also a favorite), Bistro 821, Bha Bha, Vergina, and Hob Nob are not to be missed during your visit.
No expense has been spared in remodeling the interior. Designing furnishings provide guests with a luxurious and comfortable experience. It is my residence for most of the year. This property is not your typical rental. Built in 2017, this unit is spotless and fully stocked. The new lighting dimming system makes you feel relaxed in the evenings. This unit was tastefully painted and decorated in June of 2021 by a local interior design company.
With a great split floor plan, this unit offers a unique separation of space allowing to create a functional arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms that doesn’t hinder the flow of the main living area and kitchen. The unit has 10ft ceilings and 8ft doors creating an exceptional sense of space. As soon as you step foot inside, you will be captured by the inviting fresh tones of light colors, exclusive modern art and majestic chandeliers.

Bathroom 3 is a half bath for your guests to use. It is located off of the main living room.
EACH bedroom has an 8-ft access door to the large front lanai. The living room also has a set of 3 sliding glass doors that lead you to the beautifully remodeled lanai with life plants that provide both privacy and beauty. All doors to the lanai, as well as bedroom windows, have motorized black-out shades. They are operated with a remote control.
There is also a second lanai (Juliette lanai) off of one of the bedrooms.
The two bedrooms have plush carpet. The rest of the flooring is tile.
There are plenty of closet space throughout the unit. The master bedroom has two walking closets (his and hers) with built-in chested drawers. The master bathroom also has built-in chested drawers.
The den/tv room has a new WIFI PRINTER for you to use. I provide you with printer paper.
The unit has a large laundry room with a new full size washer and dryer. I will provide you with all of your washing needs.
There is also a full size WINE FRIDGE for you to enjoy.
The kitchen is fully stocked; it is very modern and a great place to get together. It opens up to the living room. It is good to point out that the kitchen has a microwave. It is built-in and located on the kitchen island.
Bathroom 1 has a bath tub and a separate shower. Bathroom 2 has a shower/bath tub combination. Bathroom 3 is a half bath and an art piece in itself. The previous owner was the director of the Naples theater. He designed this small space with an opera concept in mind. You have to see it to fully appreciate it. It is very unique. This is the only room in the unit that remains the original work of the previous owner.
There is a Publix supermarket within a 5-minute drive. There is a CVS pharmacy one block away. There is a Wells Fargo Bank two blocks away. There is a day spa 2 blocks away.
There are 3 new tvs in the unit: bedroom 1, bedroom 2 and bonus-tv room. I provide you with Cable tv, Netflix, and Prime. There is a fast wifi: 100+ Mb.
You will have access to all of the on-site amenities: heated pool, pool spa, gas grills, firepit area with seating, state-of-the-art fitness center.
You will also have access to my private parking under the building. I have two large parking spaces available.
