The space
The biggest difference between my property and most other "vacation homes" in Naples, is the size. While there are many 4 bedroom houses available, many have just 2 bathrooms... and are on a tiny lot- next to countless other Airbnbs.
Located in Pine Ridge Estates, our property has a farm-like feel while just minutes from all the action. Every bedroom has a bathroom, plus there is guest bathroom and a pool bathroom off the lanai, which has a shower. It will FEEL MORE LIKE A BOUTIQUE HOTEL and less like a small house.
Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with a king-sized bed. Located downstairs and has access to the lanai/pool. Very large ensuite bathroom with a stand alone tub, extra large shower area and private toilet. Also has a gorgeous walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 - Has a queen-sized bed. Located downstairs and has a private ensuite bathroom, with a large shower. Good for people with mobility issues. The bathroom is shared with another room, which has been converted to a workspace. Has a very large desk and a Herman Miller chair, so you someone in your group can work all day, very comfortably, if they need to =)
Bedroom 3 - Located upstairs and has two queen-sized beds. Has an ensuite bathroom, with a tub. This room has a large walk in closet.
Bedroom 4 - Located upstairs and has 1 queen-sized bed and a twin bunk bed. Has an ensuite bathroom with a tub. This room has a large walk in closet.
Living Room - Very large, has 2 couches now, so a little different than the picture... but there are multiple sitting areas, with plenty of space for everyone!
Guest access
You have access to the entire place, inside and out. The only 2 spaces that are off limits are the garage and a small owners closet.
Other things to note
NO TRASH DUTY
The trash bins will be taken to the curb every week, by our cleaner, on Thursday nights. The cleaner will return the trash bins on Friday night.
NO CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
We hope you have a great stay and will not burden you with any lists to do during checkout. We just ask that you treat the with care place, as if it were your own.
MUST REPORT ISSUES
Every stay should be a 5 star experience. If something isn't as expected, please let us know. Additionally, if something happens during the stay (stains, damage, etc.), we expect you to communicate that to us. Rest assured, we will do our best to work with you regarding any situation.
