Only 3 miles away from the Disneyland, this vacation house is completely redesigned and renovated to make it a home away from home for you. It has three bedrooms that have two queen beds in each, and the playroom with two sofa beds that can be used as another bedroom. You will get to enjoy high speed fiber internet, quality furniture and appliances, two 70'' smart TVs, a billiard table, and watch the Disney fireworks right there in the gorgeously remodeled backyard!
1. House is completely cleaned and sanitized before each and every stay. We the homeowners and managers are NOT held responsible for any COVID19-related diseases that might occur to the guests during or after their stay. It is the guests' full and sole discretion to choose to book and stay at the property.
2. Please respect the neighbors and make 9 pm - 9 am quiet hours during your stay. No parties and events are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule may result in a premature termination of our short-term rental agreement.
3. Drugs (including marijuana) are NOT allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule incurs a fine of $500 and will result in a premature termination of our short-term rental agreement.

11. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
