DETAILS: Southern coastal charm abounds in this home, located in the Passages District of WaterSound Beach. From the moment you walk inside, you will feel right at home with its rich hardwood flooring, beautiful architecture, and amazing details. The living area is adorned with a beautiful fireplace, comfortable seating, and a flat screen television. The open floor plan connects the kitchen and dining areas to the living space. With seating for everyone, the unique dining table provides the perfect backdrop for meals together. The kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances, beautiful white countertops, and creamy white cabinets which compliment a unique antique-style sink. For convenience, the primary suite is also located on the first floor. It boasts a large king bed, flat screen television, doors connecting with the outdoor patio, and a private primary bath complete with a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate tiled shower.
On the second floor, another living area, with a flat screen television and DVD player, provides a perfect area for playing board games, reading, or watch a movie. The second bedroom is a king room featuring a king bed, a flat screen television, access to the upstairs balcony, and a connecting bath with single vanity and shower. The third bedroom has two queen beds, a flat screen television, and a bath with single vanity and shower/tub combo. Across the hall in the fourth bedroom, you will find a beautiful king suite that also has a flat screen television, access to the outdoor balcony, and a private bath with single vanity and shower. A sleeping sunroom that offers another twin size bed and trundle can be accessed from this bedroom. Bedroom number five has a nautical feel with its white bunks complimented by double windows.
