Centrally located off of I-95, and Branch Ave, you will be just a short drive away from restaurants, Federal Hill, Brown, RISD, Whole Foods, Downtown Providence, Providence Place Mall, T. F Green airport, and more! Featuring a fully stocked kitchen, a king & queen bed, 2 twin beds, dining table for 6, washer & dryer, 58" TV w/WIFI and sectional couch, the space is well-equipped for families.
The space
With three bedrooms and one and a half baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. Bedrooms include a master featuring a king bed, wall mounted flat screen TV with streaming access, dresser, chest and nightstand. Sleep two more in the second bedroom that has two twin beds, nightstands and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, chest and nightstand. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.
The first floor has a welcoming, open floor plan to make it easy for your group to spend time together AND find quiet moments to yourself. Enjoy the cozy living room with sectional couch, a 58” SMART TV, and windows that fill the space with natural light. From here, access a covered, private enclosed front porch with plenty of seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all the amenities you’d find at home including a full-sized fridge, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and counter-top Keurig. You’ll also find coffee, tea, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils and everything else you should need during your stay! Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table that has seating for 6. We also have a grill in the backyard.
With a full bath featuring a stand-up glass shower, and half-bath with washer and dryer, there is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with daily routines before catching a show at the Providence Performing Arts Center or taking a trip to Thayer St.
