Right across the street from the nearest beach access in the "Bird's Nest" of the South end of Pawleys, this house is hard to miss - it is Bright blue with a colorful "Dutch Courage" sign out front! The porches on the house (both screened and unscreened) are great for those sunny beach days and warm nights relaxing from a full day in the sand.
The first floor features one bedroom with a king bed and the 2nd bedroom features a queen. Upstairs there are two rooms that feature a queen in each and one room with 2 twins. The last area is a lofted area upstairs in the hall with a twin bed with trundle. This home is sure to become a family favorite! Dutch Courage comes complete with the sound of the ocean hear best from the front porch and a less than a minute walk to the beach.
