Positive: La posizione. La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla, circondata da altre residenze per studenti e non lontano da locali, negozi e supermercati. Se spostarsi a piedi non è un problema si raggiunge facilmente sia Merchant City a 45 min e la zona dell'università a 20 min. In ogni caso non lontane si trovano le fermate di alcune linee di bus. Le prese della corrente numerose di cui la maggioranza funzionanti. Il WiFi funziona discretamente, inoltre l'addetto alla reception è stato disponibile a darmi una mano a fare l'accesso. Inoltre ci ha accompagnato alla stanza per verificare che le chiavi funzionassero. La struttura dispone di spazi comuni utilizzabili, vending machines, un distributore di acqua potabile che però una volta esaurito è stato sostituito soltanto dopo 2 giorni.

Negative: Prima di prenotare ho contattato la struttura via Booking per chiedere informazioni circa la documentazione da presentare come prova dello status di studenti, e mi è stato detto che è sufficiente fornire quella della persona che prenota. Ho quindi prenotato e caricato sulla piattaforma come richiesto la mia student ID italiana(due settimane prima del soggiorno). All'1 di notte(ora locale) del giorno della nostra partenza la struttura mi ha contattato dicendo che l'ID fornita non fosse adeguata e che fosse necessario caricare documentazione alternativa come proof of enrollment, di entrambi gli ospiti. Ho potuto quindi rispondere solo una volta sveglia, alle 6 del mattino, caricando al volo un documento alternativo e lo screenshot della mail in cui la stessa struttura mi confermava due settimane prima che non fosse necessaria alcuna documentazione per il secondo ospite. Il tutto ha causato non poco stress a ridosso della partenza. Alcune ore dopo ci è stato finalmente confermato che avremmo potuto soggiornare. Una volta arrivati al check-in l'addetto alla reception sembrava non informato di nulla, infatti ha chiesto la student ID di entrambi al che ho dovuto spiegare ancora una volta quanto concordato. Inoltre non sembrava informato del fatto che la stanza sarebbe stata utilizzata da due persone infatti ci ha successivamente consegnato una seconda chiave della stanza. La stanza che ci è stata data era al piano terra, l'edificio è collocato vicino una ferrovia quindi in caso di sonno leggero il passaggio frequente di treni potrebbe presentare un problema. La porta non si chiude bene pertanto bisogna sbatterla violentemente per assicurarsi dell'effettiva chiusura. I set di asciugamani e kit sapone erano giustamente per due persone, tuttavia la posateria presentava 1 pezzo per tipologia, letteralmente una forchetta, un coltello, un cucchiaio, un piatto e così via.
