This spot is heavenly with convenience all around. Sleep up to 6 guests, Bedroom1 with a queen bed, sofa that turns into a full-size bed. Brand new extension with a sofa bed queen size. Bathroom with a shower and a normal size sink. Cable TV, Wi-Fi, 2 TV 40 inches one in the living room and one in the extension. Full equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. Nice and relaxing outdoor with chairs and a gas grill. All utilities included. Trash removal every day. Campground has a heated pool, kids pool, playground and basketball court. Coin laundry open 24 hours. Also, there are hot showers in the public restroom. Nice marina. Gated community
Check-In Information: Welcome Package: Upon registration, guests will receive a welcome package containing a gate card (requiring a reimbursable deposit), a parking pass, a map of the Kampground with directions to their designated lot, and a copy of the Kampground rules and regulations.

Check-In Times: Check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Please coordinate with us in advance if you require an earlier check-in. No check-in will be available after 10:00 PM.
Occupancy Limit: Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 people, including the owner and other occupants already on the property.
Marina and Boat Slips: The maximum boat size allowed is 25’ x 8.5’ x 2.5’. After check-in, renters must contact the office directly to reserve a boat slip and trailer parking. Insurance and registration for both the boat and trailer must be provided prior to arrival.
Boat Slip Rentals: Public boat slips can be rented for $40-47 per day, plus taxes, with a one-time ramp fee of $21. Please contact the office for seasonal rates and availability.
Gate Card Deposit: Upon check-in, a gate card will be provided by the front desk, requiring a $50 deposit. Please return the gate card to the front desk on the day of your check-out. Failure to do so may result in a $50 fee deducted from your deposit for card replacement.
Boat Slip Rentals: Public boat slips can be rented for $40-$47 per day, plus taxes, please contact the office for seasonal rates and availability.)
