Fan Palm Place is one of my favorite homes in the PCB area, it is located in a quiet neighborhood and the home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large lot and plenty of parking. Immerse yourself in the comfort and character of this lovely property, featuring a comfy king bed in a large primary suite with a leather couch to enjoy a book or just a little peace. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds on the opposite side of the house. Wake up feeling refreshed and enjoy the convenience of amenities like a well-stocked kitchen, private pool, natural gas grill, covered outdoor lounge area, high speed WiFi, blue tooth speaker system. Indulge in the comfort of 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers. The primary bath features a walk-in rain shower with double vanity and a large walk in closet. There are TVs in all bedrooms and a large smart TV in the living room. All are smart TVS and are ready for you to login and enjoy your favorite streaming services. The kitchen features a natural gas range, pot filler, micro-drawer, dishwasher, and brand new frig with an ice-maker. There is a keurig and a coffee pot for your use. Dining area seats 6 and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen island. The outdoor areas are well maintained and clean, the pool area is fenced and very private.
