Our luxury 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo is the perfect place for your next getaway to the Traverse City area!
Our home features an open floor plan for gathering and relaxing with family and friends. The main floor has a bedroom with a king size bed in a spacious well-appointed sized room and a full bathroom with granite countertops and a large tiled walk-in-shower. The main living area has ample comfortable seating with a 50" TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen is furnished with granite countertops, GE stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with all the items you will need to cook a full meal or just prepare a quick snack. If you need to do laundry, the laundry room is located just off the entryway and is equipped with a GE washer and dryer.
The second floor features a loft area and two additional bedrooms. The loft is very spacious and is a perfect second gathering place or space for the kids to get away. It has a full size sofa sleeper and a 50" TV for gaming or watching your favorite show. Bedroom two consists of a queen bed and an attached bathroom with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination. Bedroom three is a nice sized room with a full bed.
Our property is perfectly located just a few miles from downtown Traverse City, close to beaches, parks, casinos, wineries and some of our amazing local restaurants. It is a short drive to Sutton's Bay, Fishtown, Northport, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and is just across the street from three marinas. Make sure to bring your bike or rent one from several local bike shops or your walking shoes because The TART Trail is just steps outside your front door!
