Cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom Cottage on Lake Leelanau with stunning sun set view, private beach, and 10 miles from down town Traverse City. Comfortable sleep 8 guests. Cottage includes 2 main living rooms. One living room has a TV with internet and cable. Second living room offers sitting area with futon and beautiful lake views. There are 3 bedrooms. Master is small but cozy with TV. 2nd bedroom has queen bunk beds to comfortably sleep 4 guest. 3rd bedroom is small with twin bunk beds to sleep 2 guest. One full bathroom. Kitchen with large refrigerator, range stove, dish washer, garbage disposal, and small microwave for home cooking meals. Washer and dryer included. Property has 400 feet of lake front with beach area, private dock, and swim platform. Enjoy the outdoors with a lot of yard to play around, 2 summer hanging hammocks, and a fire pit for the perfect roasted marshmallows. Boat launch and bike trail near by. Also, for the winter months enjoy spectacular ice fishing and snow mobile trails near by. Small/medium dog allowed with pet fee.
Reservations are minimum of 7 days. We can accommodate longer stays, however we cannot break a weekend.
We accept one small/medium dog with a non refundable pet fee. Any additional pet not discussed nor agreed by the property manager will be subject to additional fees, penalties, and/or cancellation of your rental agreement with no refund of your original rental stay.
Please note we will be puling the dock for the season between. mid sept and mid October depends on water temp.
