Need a getaway? Welcome to beautiful Lake Martin! This two-bedroom oasis comfortably sleeps 7 people, consisting of 1 queen bed, 3 twin beds, and a pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom come fully stocked for your convenience. The waters here are perfect for any lake activity you desire - boating, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and relaxing! The central location on the lake is perfect for Auburn game days and is minutes away from Chuck's Pizza, Niffer's, Oscar's, etc.!
We hope that your stay exceeds your expectations! You will have full access to this nicely remodeled & clean manufactured home. Located off of the main water in a calm and quiet slough, the cottage sits on top of a hill and has gorgeous views of the lake as you can see in the photos. The water location and depth (8'-10' during the summer) are perfect for swimming, kayaking, or just relaxing on a float. Bring your boat or jet ski and tie them up to the spacious dock. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the wrap-around deck during the golden hour.
The kitchen is fully equipped with up-to-date appliances, an eat-in breakfast bar, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and toaster.
There is free WiFi, three smart TVs, linens/ towels, some toiletries, keyless entry, a pack n play, hairdryer, washing machine & dryer.
Parking in the driveway is large enough for two vehicles with a boat trailer.
PLEASE NOTE!! This property is steep and has about 70 steps going from the house to the water. Please take this into consideration if you are unable to use stairs, you will not be able to get down to the water. Getting into the house from the parking area is flat, though.
During the WINTER MONTHS, the water level on Lake Martin is lowered. Keep this in mind if you are wanting to dock your boat at the property.
