About this space
This winter sip hot chocolate by the fireplace before stepping out to our wrap-around tree-deck, perfect for closeup views of the lake below. Fire up the gas grill, hang by the fire pit, shoot pool with friends, and top it off with an evening soak in the outdoor Spa.
As a bonus, this year the ALA has opened up access to its surrounding lake trails and accessible shoreline for a small fee. Access these amenities directly from our property with an ALA day pass.
The space
Our renovated home comfortably sleeps 2 couples and up to 8 adults in total, separated by the main floor in between. In our primary suite on the top floor, you’ll find a Cal King bed with adjoining full bath. Just down the hall is an additional bunk room with attached private full bath.
The main level features a fully remodeled living room with large smart TV (NFL package). Just outside is the expansive deck where you'll find the grill, fire pit, and hot tub - see proper handling and instructions in guest book/elsewhere.
On the lower level you will find a large game room with pool table and large curved smart TV. Attached to this space is an additional half bath and laundry room with large Samsung washer and dryer.
The Primary Suite bedroom on this floor has a Cal King bed with sliding glass door to the outdoor patio and a shared adjoining full bathroom that connects to the double bunk bedroom, perfect for families with kids.
Both primary suites have lake views and wall-mounted smart TV connected to the internet, capable of logging onto all of your favorite apps (Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Apple, etc).
Guest access
Everywhere and everything inside the 3 floors of the house not locked up is accessible to guests during their stay. If its locked its off limits. Please responsibly enjoy the complimentary firewood and Keurig Coffee/Coco cups provided - please see guest book on premises for instructions.
On the lower patio, we ask that you don't go beyond the locked white gate that leads down to several flights of stairs, unless you purchase tickets from the ALA to access the trails and lake shore below.
However, when purchasing ALA guest passes, do consider carefully traversing the ALA trail towards nearby Lake Arrowhead Village. Enjoy enchanting views as the undulating trail winds past docks and lake front properties on an almost 2-mile path into town.
