Wide open and welcoming, the main level of Pelican Watch features a lovely living and dining area with unobstructed lakefront views. You can choose to relax on the screened-in porch or dine at the spacious open-air dining table. Outside, the sparkling swimming pool can be heated at your request. Or take a stroll down to the lake and out to the private dock, where you can fish with ease. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off before heading back inside.
Upstairs, the main living area features elegant black leather furniture that sits on classic blonde wood floors. A large HDTV lets your whole group gather for your favorite TV show or movie.
