The Manor at Val-Du Lakes, was built as a turn of the century boarding house 1888. In 2009, it was reconstructed to reflect the era's beauty, from the furnishings to the original hardwood floors. We hope that you will appreciate the care and hard work that went into this large 8 bedroom, 4 bath home @ Val-Du-Lakes Resort. It is only 1.5 miles East of Silver Lake and 2 miles from Lake Michigan. Home sleeps 20 comfortably. The Manor is rented from late April- mid October There is a 3 night minimum, with the exception of July. July is a 7 night minimum. Most everything you need will be provided except bath towels, toiletries and food. You will have a starting supply of paper products and hand soap. There are 8 bedrooms, 4 full baths, w/ tub & showers, living room, formal dining room and a large front porch/sun room for relaxing. Central air and heat, on both levels . The large yard also has a fire pit for the star gazers in your group, a large , private back deck and a beautiful fire pit area to relax outside. Bar/restaurant next door for your dining and entertainment pleasures. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and trailers with your toys. There's nothing else like this in Silver Lake!
