Welcome to Wilmington Island Wanderlust! Our 3 bedroom-2 bathroom home can comfortably sleep 10! Centrally located halfway between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island, about 15 minutes to each! This bright and airy getaway is perfect for family and friends alike. With a fully fenced yard and lounging pool out back, we provide everything you need and more to feel "at home" during your stay. We would love to host you!

The Space:

Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find your self in the fully-equipped modern kitchen and dining space. This updated kitchen has beautiful counter tops with ample work space, stainless steel appliances, and cooking essentials are provided. The dining space has a beautiful farm table with seating for 6.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the other side of the dining room. The first bedroom has has a twin over twin bunk bed, the second has two full beds, and the last features a king bed. Both full bathrooms have been beautifully updated and are in the hallway with the bedrooms. The first bathroom has a standup shower and the second has a shower tub combination.
The main living room provides a comfortable place to relax. This space features a queen sofa bed, two arm chairs, and a large SmartTV. An additional sitting room is just off of the living room. This cozy space has two arm chair and offers a quiet spot away from the main living space.
Head out back to enjoy the fully fenced back yard. Out here you will find the perfect pool for small children or adults that just want to lounge to beat that Georgia heat!
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a residential area within walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Centrally located to the best of everything Savannah has to offer!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
