We have Updated Kitchen/Bathms,5 TV’s & a lot of tables . 5-10 minute walk to MGM, Motor City Casino & Tons of bars /restaurants. 5 Min drive to Dtown with free parking. It’s the Biggest loft in Downtown Detroit. This is a traditional loft meaning it’s huge in size , inside of a New York style INDUSTRIAL building. Industrial meaning not in a traditional apartment building . It’s the only way we could accommodate such large groups , but it’s very nice inside . It’s tailored to UPBEAT groups looking to have FUN. For a more intimate , relaxed setting , ask us about our other listings . PLEASE DO NOT book this unit if you’re looking to relax with family OR work. We have other listings tailored for that . This is for groups that has plans to explore downtown, host gathering , concerts, sporting events, night life etc. The building is filled with other vacation rentals with groups looking to have fun. This is for a Downtown experience, not tailored for families . We have other units for families . If you’re traveling with a large family group please be aware that it’s not tailored for kids. However kids are welcomed. Please look at pics and see the FUN ATMOSPHERE that has been created! It’s tailored to sleepovers, dinners, bachelorette/bachelor groups, concert groups, groups for work that want to have fun, game nights, wedding parties, sports outings etc! The unit has colored lights in almost every room with fire places to create any mood a guest desire. It also have a bar, back drop , sound bars and table and chairs . Its decor adds luxury and can sleep up to 15people. $250 fee for going over 15 guests .
