The condo is oceanfront with panoramic views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and includes the following:
Living area: The living area is spacious and beautifully decorated with original artwork, a sofa and love seat, a large, upholstered chair and ottoman, a comfy swivel chair, two side tables, lamps, a coffee table and ceiling fan. It also has a brand-new flat screen TV, complimentary cable TV and custom drapes throughout!
Kitchen/Dining area: The airy kitchen has granite countertops with a mosaic stone backsplash. It comes stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, cups, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, crockpot, toaster, blender, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop, stove and icemaker. The spacious dining area features a glass top dining table with 6 chairs, great for entertaining!
Bedrooms: All the bedrooms come with black out curtains so you can get a great night’s rest. Each bedroom has a balcony, ceiling fan, closet and its own bathroom.
Master Bedroom: King bed, two nightstands and lamps, a large closet, a desk and a flat screen TV. The large Master bathroom has a sink, large Jacuzzi tub, as well as a separate shower. The Master also has a full vanity area with sink set apart from the Master bathroom.
Queen Bedroom: Queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and a flat screen TV.
Twin Bedroom:Two twin beds, one night stand with a lamp, a dresser and a flat screen TV.
Balconies: The unit has a large oceanfront balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The beachside balcony features a large bar height table, six chairs, and two recliners. There is private balcony which is accessible from the Queen and Twin bedrooms. It has a fantastic view of Ole River, Ono Island and the Bay.
