Guests will love the comfortable open living, dining, and kitchen space on the first floor that overlooks a backyard deck and pool. Hardwood floors, white shiplap walls, luxurious finishes, and accessories inspired by the beach create a space guests will enjoy. Premium appliances, marble countertops, and an island that seats 4 create a kitchen with plenty of space to prepare meals. A butler’s pantry hides a stackable washer/dryer and provides additional counter space. A dining table seats 6 and divides the kitchen from the living area. 2 linen sofas and an oversized armchair with a footrest surround a 75” Smart TV, and enjoy views of the deck through sliding glass doors that open to the pool area.
