Summary: The location for Universal is ideal. And the room layout for a big family is hard to come by and appreciated. But it was not a super comfortable stay. Loud people banging around at all hours of the night and morning. No quiet hours enforced. We were there for 2 nights and had no maid service the entire time. Staff was kind and room was initially clean very well. Also the beds have some weird motion sensor lighting, so in a room with 4 people trying to sleep, anytime anyone got up to use the bathroom, all the lights came on. For a big family needing a hotel close to Universal it checks so many boxes, but sleeping there was hard.
