Summary: Staff was extremely cordial and restaurant food was excellent. Our room had a few issues including: the bed felt like it needed to be replaced, was lumpy and felt like there were ‘ruts’ from use; the toilet seat was broken; the TV was frustrating as the remote control had at least a 5 second delay after pressing a button; the only streaming service available was Netflix; the TV image flickered often.
