This turnkey 1st floor 2 bed, 2 bath condo in a small, quiet complex has all brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances and a newly renovated modern master bath. Enjoy direct access to a breathtaking lakeside walking path, four pickleball courts, two heated pools, outdoor gas grills, a tennis court, ample guest parking and plenty of social activities!
All rentals subject to approval by HOA. There is an additional non-refundable rental application fee of $100, not included in this reservation, plus a $50/per person for background investigation. Fee will be collected upon receipt of completed paperwork from guest. Please allow up to three weeks for processing.
Self check-in codes will be provided once approval is confirmed by HOA and payment is received.
Off-season: Minimum 29-day rental (1 month) during off season months April 1st-December 31st.
In-season: Minimum 89-day rental (3 months) during in season months January 1st-March 31st.
