The outdoor space features a shared pool and a seating area. The open kitchen is perfect for entertaining and gathering your group. The large windows let in the Southern warmth and sunshine all day. All the bedrooms feature beautiful plush beds for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.

-The outdoor space includes a shared pool, loungers, and seating space. Please note, the pool is shared with building residents and not appropriate for parties or amplified music.
-Indoor kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware.

-Custom murals and artwork created by local artists.
-Smart TV with apps such Netflix, Hulu, etc.
-Other amenities include wifi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board), and more.
-All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
-All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.
-Public Goods coffee and tea are available for all guests.

Guest Access:
The entire unit is reserved for your exclusive use. Please note that hallways and outdoor space may be shared with other guests, including the pool.

Our home is in a convenient and safe location for all groups, no matter what brings you to New Orleans.

Area highlights include shopping on Magazine Street, national WWII Museum, and acclaimed eateries like Turkey and the Wolf and Commander's Palace. Walmart Supercenter is a 10 minute drive away which makes grocery runs convenient.

All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood makes this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in charming Algiers Point while still close to most major sites. Take a 5 minute ride on the Algiers Ferry into the French Quarter to explore the city or enjoy an art gallery.

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO.

Reservation holder must be over 21 years of age.

NOTE: This listing has an additional Agreement that applies to all guests staying at the Premises. As part of the booking process, Guest(s) will be required to complete a guest verification process prior to receiving any check-in information pertaining to the Premises. This is not a pet friendly property. Mailing packages to the Premises is not permitted. We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
