Newly renovated, light-filled townhome (one shared wall with one other townhome, but very private & quiet), with open floorplan & charming features like vaulted ceilings, beams, & built-in fireplace. Less than one mile from the many shops & restaurants of picturesque downtown Chatham. Only a half mile from Oyster Pond (a saltwater inlet of Nantucket Sound, featuring a kid-friendly beach) & two miles from Lighthouse Beach (on the Atlantic side of Chatham, in front of historic Chatham Light)!
The open floor plan includes a bright living area with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace. The updated, well-equipped kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, granite counters, tile backsplash, a large island with seating for four, as well as an adjacent dining area with a large table perfect for meals and playing board games. This lovely, single-story townhome also features hardwood floors, central air, cable TV, and WiFi.
One bedroom is cozy and warm, with a queen bed and direct access to a full bath. The other bedroom has dramatic, high ceilings, twin beds (one with a trundle bed), and a private bathroom with a shower.
Enjoy dinner out on the brand new, private, 700 sq. ft. patio, equipped with ample seating, a gas grill, and atmospheric string lights. There's also a brand new outdoor shower, which is a must-have on Cape Cod!
