Guests have access to the entire second-floor2 bedroom apartment. There is also parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway which only the 1st-floor apartment has access to. The second-floor unit can park right on the street which is free parking.
-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
Guests are welcome to bring air mattresses for additional sleeping accommodations. However, it's safe to say there may only be space for 1 air mattress.
Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October
This unit is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you.
