This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating a large family or group. Three bedrooms are located on the main level, while the private primary suite is upstairs. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. The main level includes two full bathrooms, the primary bathroom is upstairs, and a convenient half-bath is located just off the kitchen.
Hardwood floors run throughout the home, and multiple living spaces make it easy for everyone to spread out. The main level offers a cozy living room and kitchenette, while the second level features a second living room, dining area, and a well-stocked full kitchen—perfect for gathering after a day on the water.

This house is located on Little Gasparilla Island, which is a bridge less barrier island that is only accessible by boat. You will need to make an appointment with the water taxi, rent a boat, or bring your own boat. You can not drive your car to the island - there isn't a bridge or ferry.
Bringing your own boat? The house has access to a private dock that is perfect for fishing or watching the beautiful sunrise over the Boca Grande Causeway.
The dock has a 25ft. maximum and allows 2 boats.
For the water taxi, you’ll park your car at Eldred’s Marina and load your luggage on the water taxi there. The water taxi is $30 for up to 2 people, one way. Each additional person is $15, one way. The water taxi is by appointment only and its hours are 8:30-5:00. You can book appointments outside the normal hours of operation, but the cost is higher and varies based on the time.
There are not any grocery stores or restaurants on the island, but there is a grocery delivery service.
