The first floor features an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, adjacent to the delightful sunporch, all with comfortable and cozy furnishings. The first floor is completed with 1 full bathroom with shower, 1 half bath with laundry and a den with sofa sleeper. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The owner also provides a pack-n-play and high chair for your convenience. Enjoy the great outdoors on the large patio grilling on the new grill, dining in the fresh air or rinsing away the sand in the fully enclosed outdoor shower. The central location of this home is ideal for families seeking access to fresh water ponds, bayside beaches, historic Route 6A, and shops and restaurants in Brewster or Orleans. With Nickerson Park about 1 mile away, take a nice walk through the woods to Flax Pond for freshwater swimming, or drive down to Linnell Landing Beach on beautiful Cape Cod Bay, about 1.5 miles away from the home. In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
