This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has many notable highlights, including a private pool, screened porch, outdoor entertainment area, Low-Speed Vehicle, and complimentary bikes. To top it all off, it's located in the Camp District of WaterColor, which is near the Town Center of WaterColor, nature trails, dune lakes, Seaside, and it is a short bike ride to the beaches.
The first floor is the home's main floor, which encompasses an open living and kitchen area. The kitchen has premium finishes such as stainless-steel appliances and sparkling white backsplash and countertops. There is seating for 14 at both the breakfast bar and dining table. The living area has plenty of seating surrounding the flat-screen TV and opens up to the screened porch. The porch acts as an additional living area when guests want to enjoy the outdoors, featuring an outdoor fireplace, flat-screen TV, and separate dining area with seating for 12 at the custom-built farm table. There is also a grill for guests to enjoy preparing a fresh meal while enjoying the home's private pool.
