Little House is a relaxed home with two comfy bedrooms (the double bed is a brand-new, adjustable Tempur-Pedic), a full kitchen, a new bathroom with a large and very pretty shower, an air-conditioned Florida room, and a huge, stunning backyard! The house is so close to everything that’s happening in Punta Gorda you won't miss a thing! Hop on the walking / biking path that's about a minute away and go the full seven miles along Charlotte Harbor to Fishermen's Village! FV is host to fishing / dolphin / shelling / boat charters and tons of cute restaurants and shops. Flying in from somewhere? Punta Gorda Airport is SIX MINUTES from the house! The Saturday Farmer’s Market, plenty of shopping and restaurants are right up the street (two minutes by car) in the lovely Downtown Punta Gorda. Lots of events at the beautiful parks and the Performing Arts Center (classic car shows too!), rooftop restaurants for SUNSETS, spas, art galleries, ghost tours, kayak tours, craft fairs, the Military Heritage Museum, free loaner bicycles available courtesy of TEAM Punta Gorda (941.637.8326 for locations and info).
