Driftwood Shores is a completely remodeled home that sits on direct West Bay water front with private beach on Leelanau Peninsula.
Right when you walk in you the front door you will see directly out to the water. You walk into the open concept living space with large windows and sliding doors directly out to the upper deck for perfect lake views. Enjoy coffee and wine on the deck and enjoy the lake breeze.
Living space includes large/comfortable couch and TV, small sitting area, and dining space just off the kitchen. Kitchen has all the amenities, including Ilve Stove gas/electric oven and large island with seating perfect for entertaining. Separate freezer and fridge store all your cold things while walk in pantry houses all the small appliances, coffee station, and dry goods.
Off the kitchen is a small office space with 2 desks and half bath for guests and a mudroom perfect for storing all your coats and shoes.
2 bedrooms and full bathroom with tub are located on one side of the house and the spectacular primary suite with king bed and private bath is located on other side of the house.
Downstairs is a large open entertaining space. There are 2 large living areas: 1 more private that is perfect for kids and another quiet area to enjoy shade after a day in the sun. The area even has a shuffle board table! Another dining space sits off the kitchenette with dishwasher. A full size bathroom attaches to a bedroom with queen for extra sleeping space. Laundry space is located off kitchenette.
Open the basement sliding doors and walk out to the covered patio. Enjoy the shade, dining space, and another outdoor sitting area. We have fans and grilling for all your summer needs....even an outdoor shower to clean off all the sand.
Walk down towards the sandy beach for all the fun! We have 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, dock, raft and many beach toys. Or have a fire in the firepit and make smores.
Dare we say the location is PERFECT! You can see fireworks from the beach and watch the Blue Angels from the beach and avoid the crowds. Please note, the water area is very shallow and requires water shoes.
We will allow one dog-yard is partially fenced in. Price includes before and after stay clean and all yard maintenance which will occur at least every other week if not weekly.
